Capisce?

Okay so I may be one of the last peoples to think Zoolander is the most awesomnest, hilarious, pointless though full of meaning(the script, that is.) movie ever! The 2001 hit flick known for its whack sense of fashion, not to mention the most prestigous celebrities from Will Ferrell to Donald Trump to Paris Hilton to Gwen Stefani to Lil' Kim to Billy Zane to Victoria Beckham to David Bowie and the list goes on to infinity. Heck, these celebrities appearing for a span of 2 seconds at least or saying one line simple as "Hi" makes me wonder the big bucks these people earned shooting the movie. And funniest crack up of all was that it was DIRECTED by Ben Stiller. No wonder.
But nevertheless, kudos to the spontaniety and absurd humour thats got me repeating it here on.

Derek Zoolander: Or are you here to tell me what a bad eugoogoolizer I am?
Matilda: A what?
Derek Zoolander: A eugoogoolizer... one who speaks at funerals.
Derek Zoolander: Or did you think I was too stupid to know what a eugoogooly was?

Hansel: You is talking loco and I like it!

Maury Ballstein: I've got a prostate the size of a honeydew and a head full of bad memories.

Derek Zoolander: Have you ever wondered if there was more to life, other than being really, really, ridiculously good looking?

Matilda: I became...
Hansel: What?
Matilda: Bulimic.
Derek Zoolander: You can read minds?

Derek Zoolander: Well I guess it all started the first time I went through the second grade. I caught my reflection in a spoon while I was eating my cereal, and I remember thinking "wow, you're ridiculously good looking, maybe you could do that for a career."
Matilda: Do what for a career?
Derek Zoolander: Be professionally good looking.

Maury Ballstein: Mugatu is so hot right now he could take a crap, wrap it in tinfoil, put a couple fish hooks on it and sell it to Queen Elizabeth as earrings.

Mugatu: It's that damn Hansel! He's so hot right now!

Derek Zoolander: For serious.

Derek Zoolander: Uhh Earth to Matilda, I was at a day spa. Day, D-A-I-Y-E. Okay?

Derek Zoolander: So join now, 'cause at the Derek Zoolander Center For Kids Who Can't Read Good And Wanna Learn To Do Other Stuff Good Too, we teach you that there's more to life than just being really, really, really good looking. Right kids?

And now an addition to my aim in life is the master the "Zoolander face"

Under the radar

Here I sit with an umbrella open over my head, waiting for my niece's school van to arrive at our front yard. Yeah whatever, stuff you superstitious beliefs of how-many-ever-freakin-years of bad luck you get and whatnot. In fact, speaking of superstition, a moth flew by Fiona as we were walking home and she dodged it as if scared the living daylights out of her.

Fiona: DAHHH! *dodge*
Kim: Aw! It's a butterflyyyy! :(
Fiona: It's a moth.
Kim: no...its a butterfly!
Fiona: There's an Asian superstitious belief that...
Kim: Oh, come on.
Fiona: Yeah like. Everytime a moth passes you, that its a spirit..like a dead person you know. Those that haven't left this world, still lingering around here instead of going to heaven or hell.
Kimee: YEAAAH. I remembered when Joanne told me that once and a moth flew at me and frikkin got scared.
Kim: You guys are so Asian.

Hmhmhmmhmhm. Few weeks ago, my niece's dance concert at Marconi Club was really good. It was a long 3 hours, actually..we were there since 1pm til' 6 because she was performing and the preps took a while. Love watching people dance, the way they hold themselves..gracefully and you can feel the beautiful movements within your body. Every step, every lift, the music, the atmosphere. The crowd, the cheering, the people. You can feel the emotion, the facial expressions, and whatever the performer is demonstrating. It inspires me how people can express themselves through dancing, it's just so...magnificent. I hope my niece will continue dancing, because at this age she can learn to be confident and strong, holding a composure to something she's set straight to.

She looks so cute with her pixie dress and flowers in her hair and :)

The weather is so effed up today. Sunny and beautiful. Then raining thunder. Sunshine WITH rain. Then cloudy. Then rainy. Baaaah.

The Burpsneeze

Tea makes my mouth dry. But I love tea. I can drink tea all day and not get sick of it :)

These days I have been enjoying school very much. Absurd isn't it? It's not like I have any better day than anyone else, like you must be wondering why the heck I would be LIKING school. It's like.

"Hey, how was school?"
"IT WAS GREATTT"
"Really?"
"Yeah. How bout you?"
"Blah. Boring. Normal."

Waking up early, rushing through breakfast, wearing your uniform, attending classes, listening to boring lectures, wanting to get out of there. That's the typical 'tude we get when it comes to school yes? Well I say! I like going to school, mainly because of the people around me ie. friends :) Friends are great. Friends are awesome. Friends give you a good time. Friends bring laughter. Even for the most simplest lunch breaks where we're just sitting on the benchtables and eating. Someone would say something, do something, or just by exchanging funny looks quietly. The sun is shining and so are we. And if not, we huddle under shelter near C block and huddle. Even if we're shivering our arses off and scabbing food off others(okay, maybe thats just me but.) I still feel a nice bond towards those you don't even talk to. What more can I say? I have cool friends.
Lately I've been laughing alot, and it's not just that type of someone-cracked-a-joke laughter, its likeeeee. Laughing. The ones that make you feel it from head to toe, the ones that make your smile stretch all the way to your ears. The ones that make you happy so much that you squint. The ones that make you laugh the hardest, the ones that make you laugh like a goof. The ones that sound ridiculously close to a hyena or a snorting panda, but you don't give a damn. The ones that represents a real laugh. Now that, is the type of laughter everyone should find.
So if you lack this beautifully magnificent extraordinary laughter in your school lives..maybe it's time to find those that can give you it :)

Here's something that made my day.

Guess who?

I'm again in a smiley mood.

Navigate me

HELLOOOOOOOO...I'M A CARRRRRRRRRRR....
Thanks to Lynh I have something to entertain myself with when I can't sleep at night and a police siren or a fire engine is right next to my ear.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=d3bz-oousOc

So today at tutor, the kids and I started discussing formals and parties and farewells. Came to a conclusion that we should start planning a formal, yknow just for the group or the cool people in our grade. 1. it can be a formal, because our school is so frikkin cheap for a year 10 formal 2. it can also be a year 10 graduation thing like. celebrating the end of SC, the end of the true-bludge-i-don't-care years, the start of headset work and HSC cramming madness. 3. a friend's farewell party (darn Jess, you just HAVE to leave us :( we're gonna make this year the best for you. ever. so you'll regret moving up to Eastwood :@) 4. an excuse to see everyone dress up! boys in tux, girls in dresses. OMG how exciting is that! Just the thought of everyone getting together and going crazy celebrating our holiday and preps for the most stressful two years of our highschool life. And being a girl, Yenmi Lee and I went spazzo discussing our outfits! Like omg. WHAT TO WEARRRR !!

"I reckon you'd look pretty good with that skirt you wore the other day"
"Oh but! I look weird with a skirt onnnn.."
"WEAR A DRESS YENMI :D:D"
"I look weird wearing a skirt, let alone wearing a dress"
"Wear one like the one you liked from Step Up 2 ! the white dress!!"
"YEAAAAHH..THAT ONEEE"
"Aw, but."
"Omg and my hair"
"My nails!"
"SHOESSSSSSSS"
"AHHH TUXEDOS AND TIES AND BUTTONUP SHIRTS"
"why don't you guys just make it casual?"
in unison: "NO !!"

Okay so I totally exxagerated the last parts but yknow. Its the typical conversation you get when you put girls together with formals and dressing up. Even for the un-girliest girl that always wears pants. We're all fussy at heart :) *patriotic gesture*

Hmm! So what would Kim like to wear?
Maybe...
Something involving these little numbers :)

This my friend, is the Oxford heel. Okay so I haven't bought them yet, and I'm not going to get them any sooner. But I WILL get them eventually, and wear anything that goes with it to the formal. Possibly. Aren't they soooooo sexyyyyyyyy. DROOL!

I can't be bothered looking up dresses atmo, but I've got something in mind. I want something simple but cute, something easy to wear but still special, something unique but able to wear for other ocassions, something to cover up my fat belly. HAHA no! I am not one of those self-obsessed freaks who thinks they're fat! We just thought of going to a nice buffet, all you can eat, somewhere with good food to shove your faces in. And we don't want to see Kim's overly fat rolls of bloatage. DO WE?
So to speak, the venue hasn't been decided yet. Well obviously! But Lee and Khoa have thought of..Ambrosia? Some seafood restaurant. But I say, BUFFETS! Buffets kick ass. Buffet will help you eat off worth the money you paid and for the hours you've spent starving yourself. Yes, buffet for the Asians like us. Buffets for cool people like us :) I don't really want to spend too much money, but I want to spend enough that will fulfil us all. A dance floor would be nice. Though I doubt anyone would actually...dance. HAHA maybe if we got everyone drunk. And good music! Roll on to mix CDs and self-DJing. Woooot. This is going to be a blast, I assure you :) Updates soon!

I love the fact that I know we'll still be friends no matter what happens. I hope you think so too :) - jee, i'm in such a smiley mood today :)

WAFFLES

I love waffles.
I love the fact that waffles are in the shape of a heart.
I love waffles when it's warm and fresh out of the oven or machine
I love waffles when it's cold, even.
I love waffles because it's greeeeeeeeeeeeeeen on the inside and yellow on the outside.
I love waffles because it's crunchyyyyyyyyyyy.
I love waffles because you can make them at home too!
I love waffles because they sell the best at Cabramatta.
I love waffles.
I love waffles enough to take photos of waffles.
I love waffles because they love photos too!
I love waffles because it can't object to taking photos.
I love waffles because they don't move around and fidget and whine because they don't want to take photos.
I love waffles because they don't run away from you.
I love waffles because I sometimes pronounce it as "Waaahh-fulls"
I love waffles so much I've even Wiki'ed it:

A waffle is a light batter cake cooked in a waffle iron patterned to give a distinctive and characteristic shape.

Waffles my love :)

Well it was back to school today! School was great. The day flew by really fast. Lee cut her hair! She's so hawt. Her hair's hawt. I think the Asians boys are jealous of her hair. You aint seeing any hawt hair like that these days ;) I skipped P.E because I was sure I'd cough my head off if I started running, let alone 10 laps around the oval-5 walking and 5 running. The "Ralk" as Facer says. So I just sat on the ground laughing at those puffed and heaved faces, determined to reaching the end in agony MWAHAHHAHA. Our class did pretty well actually. Around 10 minutes most people finished the running course, amazing. Commerce, eventhough I loooooove Commerce..I found myself falling asleep in my own hands as I just put them there due to discomfort of the eyes. Slowly. Sinking in....and then Amanda snaps her fingers at me and I'm all tired. Then back to it! Then work. Not much work done today either, a great first day back. Lunch and recess! My favourite subjects of the day. Laughed at Sammy's wings. Like literally. The guy has wings. But his no angel. Khoa shouted me lunch. Named Vy and Nelson the "Nelvy" or "Nelvin" pair. Seeing everybody again was super and fun and great and made my day.

So...
HOW WAS YOUR FIRST DAY BACK AT SCHOOL!?
